Brand Designer

Summary

Join Ashby as their Brand Designer and elevate their visual identity across diverse formats, from digital to experiential. Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer and marketing team to maintain a cohesive and bold brand. Refine and expand the brand design framework, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Design a wide array of assets, including web and campaign creatives, billboards, and event branding. Develop scalable brand systems and create templates and guidelines to empower internal teams while preserving brand integrity. Build upon strong connections with the community to create an authentic brand experience that tells real stories. This role offers the opportunity to push creative boundaries and work with an engaged customer base.

Requirements

• You’re an expert in Figma and know how to work with Adobe Creative Suit (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop mainly)
• You’ve worked across a broad range of marketing executions—from web and digital to print and experiential
• You love balancing speed with craft, knowing how to iterate quickly and when to refine
• You get excited about working with cross-functional partners and partnering with them to find commercially aware outcomes

• Refining and expanding our brand design framework, ensuring consistency across web, digital, print, and experiential formats
• Designing a broad range of assets—from web and campaign creative to billboards, community swag, and event branding
• Developing scalable brand systems, creating templates and guidelines that empower internal teams while maintaining brand integrity
