Summary

Join Maven Clinic as a Brand Designer III and lead the evolution of Maven’s visual identity across all platforms. You will develop visual brand strategies aligned with business goals, build and evolve brand guidelines, and execute high-impact designs across various formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present creative concepts, and maintain brand consistency. This role requires 5+ years of visual design experience with a focus on branding and performance marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio. Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing
  • Skills: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus in motion design and/or illustration
  • Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual brand strategies that align with our business goals, and proactively propose solutions to help improve project outcomes
  • Build upon and evolve our brand guidelines by establishing sophisticated visual systems across a range of project types, including marketing and product
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact design across diverse formats: paid media, email campaigns, web experiences, landing pages, and video content
  • Demonstrate versatility in applying design thinking to varied channels while maintaining cohesion across all outputs
  • Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Present creative concepts to teams across the organization in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strive to maintain the brand standard across all projects and ensure consistency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an agency or growth-stage startup environment
  • Experience designing for health, tech, or wellness brands
