Brand Designer

Summary

You will design and evolve digital brand assets across various platforms, translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, collaborate with developers for flawless implementation, create and maintain design systems, and support marketing efforts. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in brand or web design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, a strong portfolio, and strategic thinking skills. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a brand, visual, or web designer (ideally at a Saas start-up)
• Deep experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, web, and digital design projects
• Strategic thinker who can turn business needs into smart, brand-forward design
• Familiarity with performance design and working alongside growth or web teams

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve digital brand assets across web, landing pages and email
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities that resonate with our audiences
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are implemented flawlessly
• Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency
• Support growth and performance marketing efforts with beautiful and effective creative
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive teams to bring ideas to life
• Support light motion, video, or interactive storytelling when needed (bonus)

Experience with motion design, 3D or CSS
