Summary

Join Brevo as a Brand Designer and play a key role in shaping and evolving our brand identity. You will collaborate with various teams to create compelling visual assets for diverse platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence. Responsibilities include leading brand design initiatives, translating marketing strategies into visual concepts, and partnering with other teams to align design with business goals. You will also maintain the brand identity system and stay updated on design trends. This role requires 6+ years of experience in brand or visual design, a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design execution, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Fluency in English is essential. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment : Start-up, Scale-up, B2B, SaaS environment or agencies
  • A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking, sharp design execution, and a range of work across marketing and brand channels
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, you’re able to clearly articulate your ideas, explain the reasoning behind your design choices, and advocate for them with confidence and clarity
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating assets for both digital and print formats
  • Fluency in English (you're comfortable working in an international team)
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand design initiatives across marketing, digital, and print platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in every asset
  • Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual concepts and campaigns
  • Create a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, sales collateral, event visuals, Ebooks, motion briefs/story boards, and more
  • Partner closely with content, marketing, sales teams to align design with messaging and business goals
  • Evolve and maintain the brand identity system, expanding guidelines as needed
  • Collaborate with external vendors (e.g. agencies, freelancers, printers…) when needed
  • Stay current with design trends, technologies, and marketing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in art direction or campaign development
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and data-informed design approaches
  • Experience with motion/animation, video editing tools (e.g aftereffects, Premiere)
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design principles
