Brand Designer

Summary

Join ClickHouse's Design team as a Brand Designer and contribute to a wide variety of creative initiatives, collaborating with the Marketing team and Product Designers. You will create assets for conferences, campaigns, and more, empower colleagues with brand tools, and ensure a consistent brand experience. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance brand expression and audience engagement. Contribute to the evolution of the ClickHouse brand's visual language. Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and cross-channel design systems
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalents)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and creative experimentation

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to create standout assets for conferences, campaigns, blog posts, social media, videos, and web experiences
• Empower colleagues across teams by providing templates, guidance, and on-brand tools to scale creative output
• Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our brand expression and deepen audience engagement
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual language of the ClickHouse brand — from typography, iconography, and illustration to motion and animation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups
• Comfort collaborating in a remote, globally distributed environment
• Motion design and animation skills
