Summary

Join Docplanner Group, the world's largest healthcare platform, as a Brand Designer and contribute to their mission of helping people live longer, healthier lives. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling marketing materials across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and delivering communications that convert. This role requires 7+ years of professional Brand Design experience, expertise in web design, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. You will be working remotely within Europe, preferably Poland, on a fixed-term contract until August 2026. Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional Brand Design experience
  • Experience in ensuring holistic application of brand standards across all design touch points
  • Experience working with branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands, coupled with a strong background in successfully implementing branding guidelines and co-branding guidelines
  • Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design
  • Top-notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator)
  • Great at problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
  • Positive and constructive attitude. You handle tight deadlines and pressure without issue and maintain a structured workflow
  • Great team player
  • Strong level of English

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design: Execute all visual design stages - from concept to final project
  • Web design expertise: Design landing pages, produce design assets and support the Global Web Team and the Global Marketing team when it comes to brand design for our 7 local brands
  • Multichannel design: Design comms layouts and templates for social media, ads, email marketing, as well design for events, ensuring the design is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals
  • Brand consistency: Ensure consistency of design across different channels and platforms, maintaining a unified brand identity
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to your colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with animation is a big plus
