Brand Designer

Summary

Join Phantom, a design-led crypto company, as a Brand Designer and contribute to making crypto more accessible globally. This full-time role, open to US and EU-based candidates only, involves leading brand design from conception to launch, collaborating with various teams. You will translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs for our millions of users across desktop and mobile platforms. Your contributions will shape Phantom's future direction in crypto wallets and web3. The role requires a strong brand design background and excellent communication skills. The salary range is $165K - $200K, depending on experience and other factors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a brand design generalist
• Experience presenting work to a broader creative team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
• Motion and visual design skills with proficiency in desktop and mobile UI, color, layout, typography, and iconography
• Experience leading brand direction and strategic thinking while developing brand goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to users and the company

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand design of products and features from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, product designers, marketing, support, and executive leadership
• Take complex, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and easy to use for our 2M+ users across desktop and mobile
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Phantom, crypto wallets, and web3
• Proactively raise our bar for quality, by making crypto UX more approachable for everyday people
• Design brand elements that are simple, elegant and communicate effectively
