Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, design principles, color usage, and current design trends across digital and print
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate design choices and present ideas
Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets for brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and high-impact activations across web, video, and more
- Help evolve Rulaβs brand identity, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience across all touchpoints and channels
- Work on diverse projects, from creative concept development to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web, product, marketing, and sales, as well as external agencies and partners
- Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant design solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaborating on web and digital projects
- Experience using AI for image creation and creative exploration
- Background in both in-house and agency work
- Experience planning and managing mid-to-large scale projects from concept to completion
