• A creative and enthusiastic mind that thrives on generating new ideas
• A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines
• The flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line media

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of all our through-the-line brand communications activity
• Help craft and communicate our brand message through internal communications channels
• Develop campaign briefs to enhance AJ Bell's employer brand awareness
• Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain group website content, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives
• Build and maintain a library of approved brand visuals for use across offline and online marketing channels
• Play an active role in managing our visual and tone-of-voice guidelines and using them to consult all areas of the business
• Oversee the ongoing campaign development process
