Media Relations and Event Manager

Summary

Join our client, a new crypto exchange platform in Dubai, as a Media Relations and Event Manager. Responsible for developing and executing event strategies to enhance brand presence in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or related fields, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
• Proficiency in planning, executing, and managing both online and offline events
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle problem-solving in high-pressure situations
• Creative thinking and strong execution skills
• Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event plans aligned with brand strategy and market needs
• Manage the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization to follow-up
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, content creation, design, and other relevant teams
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and sponsors
• Enhance brand influence and awareness through events, driving user growth and community building
• Plan and implement event promotion strategies to ensure target audience coverage and engagement
• Monitor and analyze event effectiveness, including participation rates, user feedback, and social media engagement
• Prepare event summary reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis
• Identify and assess potential risks in events, develop contingency plans, and handle on-site issues
