Brand Graphic Designer

As a remote Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling graphics for various media, collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. This role requires proven graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio. The ideal candidate will have motion graphics experience and experience with AI image generation, though these are not required. Torq offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• A passion for creativity and an eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Design compelling graphics for digital and print media, this may include
• Social media materials
• Campaign images
• Landing pages
• Presentations
• Event collateral
• Digital assets such as e-books, white papers, blog images, web assets etc
• Printed materials such as brochures, roll-ups, posters etc
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that captivate our audience
• Ensure consistency of design and branding across all content
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our content

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics experience is an added bonus
• Experience with AI and generating consistent imagery is an added bonus
• Previous experience working for a high-tech company or a start-up is preferred
