Summary
Join a growing wellness brand as their Brand Partnerships Manager! This fully remote position (9 AM-5 PM EST) focuses on sourcing, securing, and managing brand partnerships to elevate the brand and expand the customer base. You will collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to implement high-impact partnerships and execute brand-building initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and executing brand proposals, managing budgets and negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in brand marketing and a passion for the wellness industry. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Have at least 2+ years of previous experience in brand marketing and/or experiential marketing, with a proven ability to build strong brand relationships
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication for diverse audiences (consumer, business, healthcare practitioners)
- Demonstrate a strong passion for storytelling through brand marketing
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Be able to work within the Eastern Time Zone (9:00am - 5:00pm) with some flexibility
Responsibilities
- Source and secure brand collaborations that align with the company’s values, including product partnerships, hotel collaborations, subscription boxes, and more
- Create and execute brand proposals, manage outreach, and follow up on partnership opportunities
- Manage partnership budgets, negotiate financial terms, and track deliverables and timelines
- Stay updated on cultural trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to ensure the brand’s position as an industry leader
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to align partnerships with broader business objectives
- Own and execute the community event strategy to drive brand awareness and engage both partner and customer communities
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless event execution and fulfillment of brand and partner obligations
- Coordinate with social teams to capture content during events and establish success criteria for events, analyzing post-event impact and providing recommendations for improvement
