• You know how to frame a shot and edit content to make it shine on social media
• You prioritize high-quality content over mere quantity and have a keen eye for what works
• You have directing chops and can make anyone look great on camera
• You’re passionate about film, photography, and visual storytelling, with a rich network of creative talent

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, shoot and adapt various content formats (videos, visuals, social media posts, etc.) that align with the brand's editorial line
• Regularly publish video content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and respect the editorial guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt in video the content strategy and communication campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on digital trends and leverage them to propose and create innovative ideas
• Monitor and analyze the performance of published video content (engagement, reach, conversions) and suggest optimization actions
• Work closely with the internal studio, and FR marketing/Coms communication teams to ensure message consistency
