Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, healthcare, or a technical field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce, Gmail, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage daily broker communications, monitoring inboxes for RFPs, AOR changes, and miscellaneous broker service inquiries
• Execute Agent of Record (AOR) changes and broker appointments, ensuring proper tracking and documentation
• Maintain Brokerage & Producer records in Salesforce
• Support broker firm and producer changes related to AOR transitions, mergers, and acquisitions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of RFP submissions, coordinating with Account Executives to facilitate timely quoting
• Provide first-line customer support to brokers regarding commissions, appointment paperwork, and RFP status
• Work closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Senior Broker Operations Specialist on process improvement initiatives as needed
