Summary

Acumatica is a leading provider of cloud business management software, specifically in manufacturing solutions. They are hiring a Business Analyst to join their manufacturing team, who will analyze business scenarios and requirements, design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in business/system analysis with ERP experience, specifically in the Manufacturing Module and/or Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) submodule.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of business/system analysis experience working with Manufacturing solutions
• ERP experience required, specifically Manufacturing Module and/or Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) submodule

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios and requirements for production, engineering, material requirements planning (MRP), and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS)
• Determine operational objectives, gather information and evaluate output requirements and formats
• Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model and document systems requirements
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications
• Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing
• Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures
• Partner with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects
• Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
• Serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
