Summary

Analytica seeks a remote Business Analyst to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders on gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation, and knowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearance for the supported agencies

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
• Assist with project management for selected projects
• Coordinate with project team to improve productivity, test business processes and develop structured requirements
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
