Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, data management and visualizations
- Strong programs skills (Python, R, and SQL)
- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-collaboration and ability to manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey data take-aways to non-technical stakeholders
- Secret clearance required
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and product requirements for projects and initiatives
- Gather information using various methods including interviews, workshops, and surveys
- Using data and workflows to identify trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement and automation
- Support strategic planning initiatives by developing project plans, managing risks, and delivering actionable insights
- Create clear and concise visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate results to stakeholders
- Conduct market research to evaluation industry trends, competitive landscapes and customer needs
- Develop and maintain data models, processes, and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in internal discussions to provide tactical knowledge to better inform strategic planning
- Be knowledgeable in industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve analytical processes
