Summary
Join the California Dental Association as a Product Owner/Business Analyst! This remote position, with occasional in-office meetings in Sacramento, CA, offers a competitive salary ($115,000-$130,000/year) and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

- Experience with gathering, documenting and facilitating solution design
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs and requirements from CDA business units and dental society stakeholders to functional requirements and user stories for the product delivery team
- Facilitate input from business stakeholders, including local dental society users, to drive system enhancements
- Design and facilitate processes to engage and manage stakeholders in defining business objectives and system requirements that drive technical solutions and system enhancements
- Document as-is and to-be end-to-end workflows and business processes. Identify and propose process improvement priorities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the primary functionality of assigned IT Web or Mobile products
- Monitor SaaS product releases to identify new beneficial features for CDA members, business units and local dental societies
- Develop and deliver training systems for end users
