Summary

Join the California Dental Association as a Product Owner/Business Analyst! Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and requirements from CDA business units and dental society stakeholders to functional requirements and user stories for the product delivery team
  • Facilitate input from business stakeholders, including local dental society users, to drive system enhancements
  • Design and facilitate processes to engage and manage stakeholders in defining business objectives and system requirements that drive technical solutions and system enhancements
  • Document as-is and to-be end-to-end workflows and business processes. Identify and propose process improvement priorities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the primary functionality of assigned IT Web or Mobile products
  • Monitor SaaS product releases to identify new beneficial features for CDA members, business units and local dental societies
  • Develop and deliver training systems for end users
