Business Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
• Experience utilizing and reviewing Power BI Dashboards
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management support
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Excel models and reports
• Identify data anomalies and assist in data clean up
• Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support decision-making processes
• Support new acquisition integration workstreams for our Power BI Dashboards (onboarding, training, data integration)
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that projects stay on track, within scope, and meet deadlines
• Provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other senior leadership regarding project status and performance metrics
