Summary

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
- Experience utilizing and reviewing Power BI Dashboards
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management support
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models and reports
- Identify data anomalies and assist in data clean up
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support decision-making processes
- Support new acquisition integration workstreams for our Power BI Dashboards (onboarding, training, data integration)
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that projects stay on track, within scope, and meet deadlines
- Provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other senior leadership regarding project status and performance metrics
