Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you'll analyze business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, work closely with development teams, validate solutions, and develop detailed documentation. You'll also monitor project progress and assist in addressing any issues that arise during implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
