Summary

Join Halo Media's fully remote team in India as a Senior Business Analyst, playing a key role in developing and delivering innovative digital solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and facilitate discussions. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Validate solutions to meet business requirements and high-quality standards. Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows. Monitor project progress and assist in addressing implementation issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
