Requirements

  • 5-7+ years’ experience required
  • 5-7 + years ’ experience with mobile analytic experience - ideally in consumer media
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions
  • Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
  • Enterprise experience preferred
  • Technology industry experience preferred
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
  • Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
  • A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Works with key stakeholders across functions to provide digital marketing analytics and business intelligence
  • Prepares campaign analytics and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on campaign and media costing optimization
  • Develops standardized metrics and analyzes forecasts to evaluate and benchmark short- and long-term planning
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of marketing and business functions to resolve problems and suggest optimization opportunities
  • Supports one or more highly complex business processes
  • Serves as a liaison between the business, Data Science, and Media agencies in order to facilitate technical and analytical solutions to meet business and data needs
  • Develops and executes strategies to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic business needs and provide effective solutions
  • Manages budget hygiene activities including meeting with budget owners, managing purchase orders, expense reports, and tracking invoicing
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions
  • Implements rhythm of business practices and leads data analytics initiatives to drive actionable insights and informed decision-making
  • Manages program resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing value delivery
  • Establishes key performance indicators and develops regular reporting mechanisms to track program performance and provide insights to stakeholders
