Summary
Join Encora as a Business Analyst in Chennai or remotely! This full-time position requires 5+ years of experience and a graduate degree. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience
- Be a graduate
- Possess good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Have experience in requirements gathering
- Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Have successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Possess proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus
- Have strong action orientation; ability to make things happen
- Possess astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
Responsibilities
- Act as a SPOC for requirements for the business users and liaise with the delivery teams during the project delivery cycle
- Prioritize and manage the resolution of defects identified during testing
- Work closely with IT & business teams to address and resolve defects in a timely manner
- Assess the feasibility, impact and effort for change requests from the business stakeholders
- Facilitate requirementsโ discussion to ensure business understands the capabilities of the product/platform
- Plan & support user testing to ensure that the product capabilities meet business expectations
- Collaborate with training team to enhance training materials on new capabilities and processes
- Facilitate team and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Hold regular status meetings / scrum meetings
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Customer Service knowledge
- Have work experience in global settings
- Have ServiceNow CSM skills
