Business Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to analyze and document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization
• Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate specifications for projects
• Collaborate with business systems and IT teams to document system solutions and process improvements. Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Assist with project planning and execution, track project milestones, and support project managers in delivering on time and within scope
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform business decisions. Support the creation of dashboards and reports that measure business performance and system effectiveness
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that system solutions meet business requirements and are free from errors
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, collecting feedback from stakeholders and identifying areas for further optimization in systems and business processes
• Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to implement technology solutions that support business objectives and improve organizational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence)
