Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Insurance industry experience is a must
• Strong understanding of business data structures, rules, and system configurations
• Experience with Predictive Assessment tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
