Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs across various business areas
• Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of business performance data, including non-financial metrics, to support internal decision-making and external reporting requirements (e.g., ESG or impact-related reporting)
• Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities, providing clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to evaluate business cases, support scenario planning, and monitor the outcomes of strategic initiatives
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and strategic success, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Deliver concise and visually compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously with a hands-on, proactive approach, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor compliance with relevant reporting frameworks and stay informed about emerging trends and regulatory developments, especially in the ESG space
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives, demonstrating autonomy, accountability, and strong stakeholder management skills
• Evaluate and enhance business processes—including procurement and other core workflows—to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational best practices
