Business Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Business/System Analyst in Kyivstar.Tech, a hybrid IT company based in Ukraine. The role involves managing the backlog of solutions, collecting and analyzing documents and specifications, identifying stakeholder requirements, creating specifications, managing the life cycle of requirements, maintaining a knowledge base, preparing demo materials, supporting solution development for project success, analyzing project solutions for requirement compliance, conducting UAT, and more.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business/system analysis
• Experience in gathering and managing the life cycle of requirements
• Experience in writing structured project documentation and specifications
• Experience using UML notation for modeling functional requirements
• High communication skills and experience conducting interviews
• Visualization and presentation skills for stakeholders
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use case and scenarios, user story, state modeling, prototyping
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, SQL
• Understanding of the process of managing digital product development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Telecom
• Knowledge of English at Pre-Intermedia level or higher
• Experience with Enterprise Architect
• Experience with Miro
