Requirements

• Total Experience 7+ years
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365
• In-depth knowledge of CRM business processes including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
• Experience working in Agile and Story writing, use cases writing etc
• Strong understanding of customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners
• Write clear, concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria following Agile practices
• Break down complex processes into epics and stories to create a structured, value-driven product backlog
• Act as a key liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize stories into themes and map related business processes
• Ensure full business engagement during design, development, and testing phases
• Provide insights to improve business processes, not just relay requirements
• Possess working knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules – Sales, Service, and Marketing – including basic admin tasks
• Work effectively with global teams across time zones
• Support UAT and ensure requirements are met
