Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst with insurance experience! You will gather, document, and elaborate requirements for client-facing and internal development projects, providing support for the INSTANDA platform. This client-facing role requires a comprehensive understanding of the INSTANDA platform, acting as a liaison between clients and developers. You will capture insurance technical business requirements, showcasing analytical skills and excellent communication. Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an external client facing role
• Core Insurance knowledge is essential for this role to successfully build relationships with our clients
• Experience of process and systems analysis and experience in translating requirements into User Stories for inclusion in sprints
• Experience of the end-to-end software delivery cycle
• Extensive experience of working with development teams and external clients
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of Agile methodologies
• Confident in presenting to clients, partner organisations and within INSTANDA

Responsibilities

• You will be working on complex projects with high profile Insurance clients
• Conduct interviews and workshops with our clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Effectively capture, understand, define and document functional and non-functional business requirements that gather the clients' key criteria and technical requirements, and align these to our commercial and technical considerations
• Partner with our service delivery and engineering teams to support design and sign off potential new functionalities
• Support the UAT process of the INSTANDA configuration and of new functionalities
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of SaaS or platform technology solutions will be a distinct advantage
