As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and documentation, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will create and manage documentation in Confluence and Jira, understand telecommunications processes, and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies. Nearsure values autonomy, open communication, and diversity. The People Care team provides support, and the Accounts Management team ensures smooth client relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, and advanced English proficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Proven background in the telecommunications industry
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, product, and marketing
• Capable of delivering high-quality documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Create and manage documentation in Confluence and manage project/task tracking through Jira
• Understand telecommunications processes, including but not limited to network operations, customer service platforms, billing systems, and provisioning
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies
