Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience with BPMN and creating flowcharts for business process analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to details skills
  • Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and experience with agile methodologies
  • Expertise in gathering requirements, writing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Capability to create detailed analysis documentation and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Willingness to improve and share knowledge with colleagues, fostering continuous learning
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both written and spoken, in Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define and document product requirements, ensuring they align with strategic goals
  • Analyse business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
  • Develop and visualise business requirements and processes using BPMN, UML
  • Partner with the project teams in agile environments, participating in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Work independently and in teams across both small and large-scale projects, including business and government sectors
  • Support project team during development process
  • Validate developed solution and manage client expectations
