Join NICE's Business Finance team as a Business Data Analyst and leverage your analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights that drive business success. This key role involves analyzing business trends, optimizing reporting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data-driven initiatives. You will be an integral part of a large Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) transformation project, focusing on data lineage and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy across systems. Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data, defining KPIs with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to leadership. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and technical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. NICE offers a hybrid work model (NICE-FLEX) with flexibility between office and remote work.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills, strong analytic and technical orientation
• Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving ability and analytical skillset
• Advance Excel knowledge and skills
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced global environment
• Systems - knowledge of advanced Excel, Power Point, SFDC, Power-BI

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Own the requirements gathering process for additional reporting or measurements and execute on the delivery of these requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance policies
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance and other departments to support various projects

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Cloud financial metrics
