Join Shared Health as a Business Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba for a contract position starting April 1, 2025, and potentially extending to June 30, 2026. This remote role with the Ministry of Health requires extensive experience in business analysis, including developing operational service delivery models and presenting findings to stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate significant experience leading business analysts, working with complex business architecture, facilitating organizational capability redesign, defining business cases, and performing data analysis. Specific experience in health human resource or health workforce planning data analytics is also required. • Have 10 years' experience performing business analysis, including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. Provide at least 3 examples totaling at least 10 years
• Have 5 years' experience directly leading business analysts or business consultants in large-scale business transformation programs composed of large multiple concurrent projects. Provide at least 3 examples totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' direct, hands-on experience with complex business architecture and modeling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, consolidating and synthesizing outputs to develop future state models, performance gap analyses, and develop transition plans to move to the future state. Provide at least 2 examples totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' experience facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities and workshops, developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership. Provide at least 2 examples totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' experience defining business cases for new initiatives and developing indicators for evaluating solution options to guide decision making. Provide at least 2 examples totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' experience performing data analysis or mining with large data sets from multiple sources including developing database queries. Provide at least 2 examples totaling at least 5 years
• Have 3 years' experience working in health human resource or health workforce planning data analytics. Provide at least 1 example totaling at least 3 years
