Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Possess 5+ years of experience in similar roles within the financial sector
• Have strong experience in business analysis and definition of functionalities for platforms handling savings funds, pension plans, record-keeping, and investment funds
• Possess knowledge of fiduciary processes and fund administration
• Have the ability to analyze, structure, and document operational and functional processes
• Have experience collaborating with development and CX teams to validate technological solutions
• Be familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Have advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) to collaborate with international teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Define the necessary functionalities for the operation of the company’s managed products (pension plans, savings funds, and savings cooperatives)
• Detail and document business and operational requirements for the implementation of platform functionalities
• Collaborate with the development team, providing clear and precise specifications to ensure correct functionality implementation
• Analyze and evaluate solution proposals made by the development team, together with Customer Experience (CX), identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with client operational requirements
• Ensure that solutions align with current client operations, avoiding disruptions in business processes
• Propose alternative development solutions based on detailed business analysis
• Create and execute test matrices, ensuring end-to-end validation before the implementation of new functionalities
• Ensure the execution of comprehensive testing to guarantee the quality and functionality of new developments

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis
• Possess knowledge of BPMN and process modeling
• Be familiar with ERP platforms and financial management systems
