Remote Business Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Business Analyst at Shop Your Way's Pay Your Way business unit. The role involves collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, document them, and participate in Agile ceremonies. The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or Computer Science, experience in performing requirements analysis and documentation, knowledge and experience in the Insurance domain (premium audit preferably), and familiarity with Agile methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or master’s degree in business/MBA
• Experience in performing requirements analysis and documentation
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance domain (premium audit preferably)
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product owners & user experience design team to gather requirements & document requirements in BDD format
• Work with product owners to get sign off on requirements
• Translate demo feedback from Product owners into requirements and track the scope changes
• Work with Dev & QA team to Groom user stories
• Work along with development & QA team to clarify questions pertaining requirements
• Review work of BA peers
• Participate and contribute to Agile ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SAFe methodology is a plus
