Summary
Join SpaceX's Growth team as a Product Growth Analyst for Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, and contribute to launching, growing, and improving Starlink worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in math, economics, statistics, business, or an engineering discipline
- Internship experience in management consulting, finance, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations
Responsibilities
- Independently responsible for product operation processes such as managing & improving the global Starlink product catalog & setting pricing for new products
- Discretion to roll out and scale product offerings across the globe, leading cross-functional coordination
- Conduct financial analysis and A/B testing, forecast impact of growth experiments, and support prioritization of business and engineering initiatives to meet growth targets
- Drive significant product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including platform software, design, product engineering, marketing, country growth, and customer support
- Own and independently manage customer research projects, surveys, customer interviews, and analyses to identify points of friction and needle-moving demand generation approaches
- Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- Certification or demonstrated expertise in Excel
- Experience successfully leading revenue or cost improvement efforts (i.e. $10M+ positive impact)
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Experience in pricing research and e-commerce catalog management
- Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational initiatives
