Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis
  • Experience using process diagramming tools (e.g., Lucid Chart, Microsoft Visio or similar)
  • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM implementation or enhancement, or enterprise applications such as ERP or HCM systems
  • Familiarity with APIs, and web app integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, or similar)
  • Proven track record of successfully working on cross-functional projects within an organization
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business analysis to understand business processes, workflows, and systems
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Developers, and other specialists, to design and implement solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to business operations and systems
  • Create comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications to ensure the developed solutions meet the business needs
  • Lead and support the User Acceptance Testing process, coordinating with Business Users and Developers to facilitate successful testing cycles
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Create detailed business cases for make-or-buy SaaS decisions, providing findings and recommendations to enable informed decisions by leadership and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience in the AdTech industry
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP)
  • Agile Certification
  • Six Sigma Yellow or Black Belt
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheets or similar)
