Business Analyst

Summary

Join our FinTech Business Analyst graduate scheme, an 18-month full-time programme to develop skills in RegTech solutions. We're looking for ambitious graduates with strong finance skills to work on projects transforming the regulatory reporting landscape.

Requirements

• Strong finance or accounting knowledge
• Excel skills are essential. You know how to navigate Excel and manipulate data with ease (formulas and pivot tables)
• Excellent English verbal/listening and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail oriented and willing to dig into the nitty-gritty of an issue

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the client post-sale experience and be the first line of contact with our clients, solving their information queries and providing workarounds when necessary
• Redirect suspected bugs and provide our product teams with comprehensive information to facilitate a rapid resolution
• Maintain the knowledge base of common problems, Q&A and recommendations
• Perform a range of tasks including interacting with clients, solving data mapping issues, understanding financial products and reading regulations
• Support the design of Suade's upcoming features and project manage their delivery
• Assist in planning and prioritisation of the different initiatives
• Help build processes to support continuous product improvement and workload management
• Provide prospective clients with answers to all their questions about the product
