Requirements

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Highly developed decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, reports, and analysis
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques, including SQL and other forms of data manipulation
  • Experience with PowerBI, AWS Quicksight, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Work with Trip Ninja's Technical Customer Success Manager, Product Managers, CPO, and Performance Improvement Squad to identify areas of opportunity in customer implementations through data analysis and feedback
  • Complete competitive analyses and offer solutions to increase market share
  • Conduct research (market size, customer pool, etc.) to assist the Product Team in making data-driven decisions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements, and improve processes
  • Evaluate existing business processes to formulate new programs and initiatives
  • Research customer segments, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to support crafting the Product team roadmap and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years as an Analyst or similar experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to work independently, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
