Summary

Requirements
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Highly developed decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, reports, and analysis
- Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques, including SQL and other forms of data manipulation
- Experience with PowerBI, AWS Quicksight, or similar
Responsibilities
- Work with Trip Ninja's Technical Customer Success Manager, Product Managers, CPO, and Performance Improvement Squad to identify areas of opportunity in customer implementations through data analysis and feedback
- Complete competitive analyses and offer solutions to increase market share
- Conduct research (market size, customer pool, etc.) to assist the Product Team in making data-driven decisions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements, and improve processes
- Evaluate existing business processes to formulate new programs and initiatives
- Research customer segments, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to support crafting the Product team roadmap and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years as an Analyst or similar experience
- A bachelorβs degree in commerce or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
