Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
  • Proven skills gathering and documenting requirements, defining KPIs, and building reports
  • Hands-on experience managing complex work in JIRA or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, Excel, Amazon QuickSight, and Mixpanel (or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and team collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Gather and Prioritize Requirements
  • Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect business needs for reporting, analytics, and metrics
  • Define and track KPIs, including conversion rates, adoption, and product usage
  • Prioritize requests, keeping business strategy front and center
  • Translate into Action
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes for new reports, dashboards, and analytics tools
  • Manage delivery in JIRA, aligning developers, analysts, and business partners
  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions
  • Work with Data and revenue operations to develop and maintain self-service dashboards (using Amazon QuickSight) and automate reporting
  • Analyze data using SQL, Excel, QuickSight, and Mixpanel to uncover insights and recommend optimizations
  • Own Analytics Implementation
  • Support the implementation and rollout of Mixpanel for CRM analytics and user journey tracking
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate event tracking and actionable reporting
  • Project Management and Process Improvement
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, and deliver analytics initiatives on schedule
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in data and reporting workflows
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Present findings to executives, product leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • Build consensus and serve as a key liaison across Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Data
