Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; masterβs degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with a focus on supply chain and demand forecasting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques for forecasting
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning principles
- Familiarity with Oracle TMS systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Integrated OTM GTM with different ERP systems

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced demand forecasting models using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize forecast accuracy and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Integrate multiple data sources to create a comprehensive view of demand signals and supply chain performance
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct regular analysis of forecast accuracy and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging trends in demand forecasting, machine learning, and business intelligence technologies
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on forecasting methodologies and BI tool usage
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data governance, security, and system integration
- Participate in CoE initiatives to promote best practices in demand forecasting across the organization
