Summary

Join Experian as a Sr. Business Analyst to help grow the Consumer Services Marketplace business by consulting with lender partners and improving their marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years Customer Service-related experience (Client facing projects)
• Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills
• Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers

Responsibilities

• Critiques customer specifications
• Develop project plans including program flows
• Implement partner criteria into campaign management tools
• Conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output
• Provide technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs
• Support other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments
• Assess client requirements, positions company products and solutions. Identify new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients
