Remote Business Analyst / Product Owner

Summary

Join EUROPEAN DYNAMICS as a Business Analyst / Product Owner fluent in German. The role involves business analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and development team, software testing, user training, and more. You'll have flexibility to work remotely or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki.

Requirements

• University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics
• Motivated, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented
• Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
• Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset
• Fluency in German (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team
• Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements
• Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Leading workshops and decision-making process
• Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation
• Participating in project management and reporting activities
