Requirements

• English at minimum B2 level
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and dashboard tools like Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Business Controlling, starting from financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to financial modeling
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data
