Requirements

  • Business Degree or other relevant degree in higher Education
  • Strong analytical skills with interest in understanding the business goals, objectives, strategies, processes, and policies
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (e.g., in business support, sales coordination, assistant roles, or high-paced internships)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft, AI driven sales systems, PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High proficiency in English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Commercially curious and business-savvy—able to “connect the dots” beyond tasks

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and tracking business development initiatives and sales projects and initiatives
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights, collecting, processing, interpreting, and presenting business data and information
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, templates, and business proposals tailored to prospects and clients
  • Conduct follow-ups with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and follow up on reports, summaries, and meeting notes to keep the sales process moving
  • Proactively identify areas where the sales team needs support and offer solutions
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and other internal departments (e.g. marketing, operations, finance, support, legal)
  • Continuously learn and understand the company’s products, clients, and market trends to add strategic value
