Summary

The job is a Go-to-Market strategy role for the Nomos project at Logos Technologies. The employee will be responsible for creating a tailored plan to introduce Nomos to the market, driving adoption, revenue growth, partnerships, community engagement, and collaborating with technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, focusing on Go-to-Market strategies in the blockchain crypto space
• Proven track record of success in driving adoption and revenue growth for blockchain or technology products
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy
• Create tailored plans to introduce Nomos to the market through market research, competitive analysis, and identification of key target segments
• Collaborate with technical team for crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and branding for Nomos
• Drive adoption and revenue growth by identifying partnerships that would benefit from utilizing Nomos
• Engage with the Nomos community, provide support, and gather feedback to ensure a strong and active ecosystem
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and emerging technologies to inform Nomos' Go-to-Market strategy
• Collaborate with technical team to ensure alignment between business development and product roadmap, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Web 3’s privacy landscape
• Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across time zones
• Knowledge of community organizing and how open source communities form
