Summary

Join Everstream Analytics as a Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the global BDR team and drive pipeline generation for top enterprise clients. Reporting to the CRO, you will own the outbound sales strategy, coach the BDR team, optimize Salesforce and Salesloft processes, and ensure high-quality lead flow to Account Executives. You will also be responsible for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and identifying process bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, proven success building outbound pipeline programs, and hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Salesloft. A proactive leadership style, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication are essential. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company—ideally focused on enterprise clients
  • Proven success building and managing outbound pipeline programs at scale
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce , Salesloft , and related sales/RevOps tools
  • Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable turning data into insights and action
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global BDR team focused on outbound prospecting and meeting generation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on outreach strategy, messaging, and campaign alignment
  • Monitor pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and funnel health; share insights with revenue leadership
  • Optimize Salesforce and Salesloft workflows to improve data accuracy and team efficiency
  • Own pipeline reporting and forecasting; provide actionable recommendations to accelerate growth
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously refine the lead-to-opportunity process
