Summary

Mach Industries is seeking a Business Development Associate to help sell defense products to the U.S. Department of Defense and allies. The role involves developing value propositions, writing proposals, collaborating with various departments, assisting with events, and working with current customers. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, exceptional writer, have at least two years of experience in consulting, banking, technology, or within the US government, and be eligible for US security clearance.

• At least two years of experience in consulting, banking, technology, or within the US government
• Skilled at building customer facing sales decks
• Highly adaptive
• US security clearance eligible

Responsibilities

• Developing clear value propositions for customers
• Writing proposals
• Supporting business development with government agencies and partners, including senior government officials, c-suite executives, and other defense industry leaders
• Writing white papers
• Creating marketing materials
• Creating detailed market analysis reports
• Collaborating with other departments at Mach Industries, including Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations
• Assisting with events and trade shows
• Working with current customers to help solve their problems and ensure success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the military
• Experience in US government contracting—specifically with UAVs or missiles
• Active security clearance
