Summary

The job is for a Business Development Associate at Malt, a growing European freelance marketplace. The role involves developing customer acquisition strategies, assisting sales team, improving customer approach, and working with international teams. Requirements include a degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with start-up or B2B experience, strong communication skills, creativity, team spirit, and fluency in English and German.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study as social sciences
• Strong hunting mentality, team spirit and willingness to deliver
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop new and innovative strategies for the acquisition of new customers for Malt DACH
• Ensure initial contact and meetings with decision-makers and our sales team in various industries while assisting in advising on project topics
• Improve our customer approach by experimenting with new content, channels and tools

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally first experience in a start-up or in a B2B environment (incl. internships) with a high affinity for the tech industry
