Summary
Join ReSource Pro as a Client Executive to drive growth within the Carrier/MGA and Retail verticals. Leverage your BPO and Insurance Industry experience to cultivate client relationships, lead account planning, and ensure client needs are met. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with BPO, and 5-10 years of insurance industry experience. A significant portion of time will be spent traveling. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including commission.
Requirements
- 5- 10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO)
- 5- 10 years insurance industry experience
- Bachelorβs degree
- Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations
- Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses (verbal and non-verbal)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Direct strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand clientβs unique business goals and activities
- Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients to help them improve business performance
- Manage sales lifecycle and effectively communicates the business and financial cases to successfully close sales
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by strategically managing the client relationship
- Develops relationships with internal and external customers and centers of influence to identify and leverage strategic partnership opportunities and generate referrals to new client sources
- Execute deliverables within marketing & campaign initiatives/go-to-market strategies
- Learn new ReSource Pro products/services and introduce the client base to new Resource Pro products and services
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
- Stay current with industry trends and develops strategic relationships with industry influencers to leverage partnerships and identify business development opportunities
