Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales in the iGaming industry, ideally within a Platform or B2B provider
- A strong understanding of casino and/or sportsbook products, platform services, and industry dynamics
- A consultative, thoughtful approach to selling—someone who listens before they pitch
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with both commercial and technical teams
- A collaborative mindset, with a focus on shared goals and long-term success
- A structured, proactive work style and strong attention to detail
- Understanding of regulated markets and platform compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-IT professionals
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to demo, commercial negotiation, and contract signing
- Learn and acquire product and technical knowledge to understand
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand a prospect’s business requirements and needs
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demos that speak to each partner’s specific requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and products, becoming an expert in how to position them for different types of partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, solutions, and support needed to close deals
- Lead commercial negotiations with prospects
- Work closely with Legal and Finance during negotiation and onboarding
- Act as an advisor and strategic partner from the first conversation—not just a salesperson
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with key prospects
- Research new markets and identify strategic opportunities
- Stay up to date on product features and industry developments to speak knowledgeably about our platform
- Develop and maintain clear internal documentation around partner discussions, opportunities, and supplier relationships
